Participants will learn about online databases, offline databases, subscription databases, and open access databases. In particular, participants will be able to formulate search strategy to effectively and efficiently search databases and obtain full-text documents in Elsevier, ERIC, JSTOR, etc.
This workshop introduce students to basics of research and finding relevant information sources. Participants will learn about lib-guides, citation styles and citation software.
KASU library conduct weekly information literacy workshops that highlight the research skills needed to be successful in 21st information rich society. Visit the university library to enroll for the workshop.
KASU library provides students and lecturers access to an online classroom. KASU library online classroom offer a variety of learning experiences on a variety of topics. Professors, lecturers, and instructors interested in this service should contact the university library. Our online classroom include topics ranging from Boolean search strategies, citation style, avoiding plagiarism etc.

KASU library provide conducive space for lecturers to interact with their undergraduate and graduate students on their project, thesis and dissertation.

Professors, lecturers, undergraduate and postgraduate students can use our brand new study spaces for up to three hours per day. KASU library has variety of study rooms to suit the needs of KASU community.
